1. Service description

Reafile is a browser-based file processing tool provided by Reawon Studio. It allows you to convert, compress, and transform files locally in your browser.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By using Reafile you confirm you meet this requirement. Some features are available without an account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Reafile to process, share, or distribute:

• Content that is illegal in your jurisdiction
• Material that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
• Malware, viruses, or any code designed to harm systems

Since file processing is entirely client-side, we have no visibility into the files you process, and no ability to monitor this. Responsibility for compliance with applicable laws rests with you.

4. Free tier limits

Free accounts are subject to fair-use rate limits (10 conversions per day, files up to 10 MB). We reserve the right to adjust these limits with 14 days notice.

5. Premium subscriptions

Premium plans are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods, except where required by law.

6. Availability

We aim for maximum uptime but make no guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance where possible. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime.

7. Intellectual property

Reafile's interface, branding, and code are the property of Reawon Studio. You retain full ownership of any files you process. We claim no rights over your content.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

Reafile is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the output of any conversion or compression will meet your specific requirements. Always verify processed files before use in critical contexts.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reawon Studio's total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. We will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before any material change takes effect. Continued use of Reafile after that date constitutes acceptance.
